Job summary

GET PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems for advanced transport projects under supervisor guidance.

You will support research and troubleshooting for COMET vehicles and EV charging systems (AC/DC), review charger specifications, and coordinate with contractors on layouts while preparing technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
• Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (RE) status is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background and interest in transportation systems will be considered.
• Foundational knowledge of electrical circuits, power supply systems, and control panels used in transport infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD software for electrical design and drafting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, layouts, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems under supervision.
• Support research and troubleshooting for COMET vehicles and EV charging systems (AC and DC).
• Review and evaluate technical specifications and designs of Vehicle Chargers; coordinate with third-party contractors on layout planning and installation.
• Provide hands-on support to EV Technicians in diagnosis and repair of electrical and mechanical components of EVs.
• Interpret and analyze electrical documents, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering standards.
• Contribute to preparation of technical proposals and reports for ongoing transportation projects.
• Assist in resolving variation notices by assessing design changes and recommending viable solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, layouts, and reports.
• Perform additional engineering-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
