KeyResponsibilities:
- Performdaily sanctions screening reviews across transactions, third parties, andshipments
- Conductinitial assessment of screening results (potential matches vs. falsepositives
- Escalatepotential hits and complex cases to the Compliance Manager
- Ensureaccurate documentation of review outcomes and audit trail
Compliance Process Support
- Support the execution of compliance, screening, and due diligence processes across all relevant business activities.
- Perform initial checks on transactions involving high-risk jurisdictions or counterparties
- Assist inimplementing controls embedded in operational workflows
High-RiskCountries & Counterparty Reviews
- Applyand support protocols related to restricted or sanctioned countries
- Conductpreliminary assessments of transactions involving such jurisdictions
- Escalatehigher-risk cases in line with defined procedures
ComplianceProcess & Documentation Support
- Assist in maintaining compliance procedures, controls, and documentation.
- Support updates to guidance materials, procedures, and internal tools.
- Contribute to consistency in the application of due diligence and compliance requirements across regions.
Risk Identification& Escalation
- Identify potential compliance risks during day-to-day reviews.
- Escalate issues, deviations, or uncertainties to the Compliance Manager
- Support tracking and follow-up of escalated cases
Monitoring & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and complete records of screening activities, reviews, and escalations
- Support compliance monitoring activities (e.g., spot checks, data reviews)
- Assist in preparing reports and data summaries for internal use
Stakeholder Interaction
- Serve as a point of contact for operational teams for routine trade controls, screening, and compliance queries.
- Provide guidance within defined procedures and elevate complex questions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution

- Become a deugro groupDue Diligence specialist with a strong understanding of sanctions screening andrisk-based reviews
- Demonstrate the ability to independently perform initial sanctions screening reviews, due diligence assessments, and risk-based escalations in accordance with established procedures
- Develop strong knowledge of the company's compliance requirements, sanctions screening processes, internal policies, and operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate,complete, and audit-ready records of reviews, screening activities, andescalations
- Assist operational teams across deugro group by reviewing due diligence requests in a timely manner, conducting screening activities, and providing guidance on compliance requirements.
- Support thecontinuous improvement of Due Diligence processes, procedures, guidance materials, andcompliance documentation
- Assist withmonitoring activities, reporting, data reviews, and internal audits as required
- Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders across regions and functions to support consistent application of due diligence and compliance requirements.
- Support ad hoc compliance projects, investigations, and business requests as required.
Skills, knowledge &Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- Background in due diligence with demonstrated ability to performrisk analysis and validate critical information.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and controls (i.e. Third-Party
- Due Diligence requirements on businesses)
- Experience with risk management
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Basic understandingof sanctions, due diligence, compliance screening, or regulatory complianceprocesses
- Familiarity with compliance screening tools and systems / data review processes
- Strong communication skills, demonstrated through effective cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
