Job summary

Fair & Just Legal Solutions LLP, a corporate law firm based out of Noida, is hiring a Legal Associate with 0-2 years PQE. The role emphasizes drafting and reviewing corporate and finance documents, opinions on relevant laws, and due-diligence support.

Candidate should have LL.B. from a reputed university and solid communication/negotiation skills. Experience in a reputable law firm handling corporate, banking and finance matters is preferred.

Qualifications

• LL.B. from a reputed university (CS qualification will be an added advantage).
• Experience in handling corporate, banking and finance matters.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and review of share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, escrow agreements, project finance documents/loan documents, etc.
• Preparation of opinions on Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SARFAESI, IBC and other banking and commercial laws.
• Reviewing contracts including sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and license agreements, assignment agreements, etc.
• Assisting in legal due-diligence of the companies.
