Responsibilities

• Procurement of construction materials.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations for value engineering works.
• Regular monitoring of materials, budget and expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Handle billings from subcontractors and trades.
• Generate or assist in project expense reports and materials monitoring KPIs.
• Assist higher-level engineers with daily workload.
• Create master schedules and monitor progress and delays.
• Prepare documents for all office activities and transactions.
