Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related analytical field.
• 0–1 year of hands-on analytics experience.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or related data query tools.
• High attention to detail and pride in execution quality.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign setup, QA, launch, and ongoing pacing management.
• Monitor daily KPIs including pacing, fraud rates, and delivery health.
• Respond to system alerts and inquiries within defined SLAs.
• Implement optimizations and testing strategies with leads and managers.
• Document tests and experiments with setup, methodology, and results.
• Provide clear performance updates to managers and Customer Success.
• Communicate proactively on campaign health and pacing changes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain issue logs.
• Support peers by reviewing work and providing coverage when needed.
