Job summary

PLDT Inc. seeks an experienced business and solutions analyst to translate complex IT needs into workable system requirements. You will elicit, document, and analyze requirements and risks, coordinating with IT teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in business and solutions analysis.
• Competencies in planning and monitoring, requirements elicitation, analysis and design definition, requirements lifecycle management, and solution analysis and assessment.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, organization, and time management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT requirements within business processes through requirements elicitation, solution identification, risk analysis, and collaboration across IT teams.
• Develop documentation for IT applications, system specifications, and test plans according to established standards and methodologies.
• Elicit and analyze business requirements through interviews, intelligence analysis, and survey assessments.
• Translate business needs, processes, and procedures into workable system requirements and communicate these requirements to technology experts and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and platform owners to assess and deliver project requirements while performing risk analysis.
• Plan and monitor business analysis activities for complex projects, including the business analysis approach, stakeholder analysis, and workplan.
