Job summary

ShipERP in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our SAP SD team. You will gather business requirements, analyze specs, and work with developers to configure SAP modules, test features, and support OTC processes.

Ideal candidates have a degree in IT/CS/Engineering, SAP SD exposure, experience with order-to-cash, and are open to night shifts. This role offers a work-from-home setup and opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of SAP SD experience.
• Background in Pickm Pack and Ship processes is a plus.
• Understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience in a Project Implementation role.
• Amenable to night shift or graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing a functional solution to business requirements or problems.
• Gather and analyze business and functional specifications.
• Proactively assess project issues and help mitigate them.
• Prepare system configuration, master data setup and test data for feature testing.
• Test using listed scenarios during project implementation.
• Answer customer questions regarding the "how to" and testing preparation.
• Collaborate with Lead BA and Developer to achieve development completion through testing and bug fixes.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the design of a functional solution to a business requirements and/or problem
• Gather and analyze business and functional specifications.
• Proactively assess project issues and facilitate mitigation plan to ensure project success.
• Help development team on preparing the system configuration, master data setup and test data for testing of new features and bug fixes
• Responsible for testing through listed scenarios during project implementation
• Able to answer customer questions regarding the "how to" and questions around preparation for testing
• Will work close to the Lead BA and Developer to achieve development completion through round of testing and defect/bug fix.
