Alter Domus, a global leader in alternatives, is seeking a Junior Bank Account Officer in Manila. You will execute on a defined bank account service catalogue, prepare opening/closing documents, and maintain entity sheets.

You must be fluent in English, hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics, and have 3–4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong teamwork are essential. This hybrid role includes a strong development program and local benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (oral/written).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics.
• 3–4 years of work experience, preferably in banking, finance or office administration.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Team player and flexible with working schedule and ad-hoc tasks.
• Able to deliver on deadlines and service catalogue.
• Diligent with high-quality, error-free work.
• Proactive in building subject matter expertise and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Executes on a predefined bank account management service catalogue.
• Prepares standard bank account opening, maintaining and closing documents.
• Prepares and maintains fact sheets containing entities and bank account details.
• Coordinates the execution of documents.
• Maintains internal databases and automated checks.
• Handles a broad range of requests via email inbox.
• Performs general administration duties (filing, presentations, meetings, courier).
