Responsibilities

• Perform regular QSC audits of franchised stores according to the monthly plan.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, review, and report audit work.
• Effectively communicate issues with auditees and obtain agreement on root causes.
• Present deficiencies and recommend corrective actions to improve QSC ratings.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews such as cash count, 5S, and inventory reconciliations.
