Responsibilities

• Supports Materials Declaration generation as part of product requirement.
• Supports ADI wide Assembly Resiliency activity.
• Supports Assembly Engineering activities (Bonding Diagram creation, Process Flow creation, Mechanical simulation, and Package Outline Drawing review).
• Communicates with cross-functional teams inside (REL, Test, Equipment, Resident Engg, Planning) and outside ADI.
