Job summary

Add Arch Inc. is a multidisciplinary architecture and design firm based in Quezon City. The role supports the design process, ensures building-code compliance, and helps refine proposals while coordinating with clients through site visits and project reviews.

The successful candidate will have a degree in architecture (or related field) and at least 1 year of construction experience, with a willingness to travel to project sites and work on site in Tatalon, Quezon City.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in construction or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices.
Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to the team in working with clients throughout the design process to ensure that their needs are met.
Ensure that designs meet structural, environmental, and other requirements.
Help in the design proposals and providing feedback and ideas to help improve designs.
Assist in the review blueprints and construction documents to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client satisfaction levels.
