Qualifications

• Fundamental Windows Server knowledge and core services.
• Active Directory user/group/object management basics.
• Group Policy concepts and basic policy troubleshooting."
• Ability to review logs and follow standard troubleshooting steps.
• Willingness to learn PowerShell for simple tasks and reporting.
• Awareness of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Active Directory Operations Support: manage user accounts, groups, and OUs in a structured enterprise.
• Group Policy and Access Support: assist with policy implementation and issue resolution.
• Monitoring and Issue Resolution: monitor AD health and help with incident resolution.
• Documentation and Process Compliance: maintain procedures and documentation.
• Learning and Team Collaboration: work with engineers and share knowledge.
• Additional responsibilities: basic Windows administration related to AD and reporting.
