Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Basic Windows Server administration knowledge.
• Understanding of Active Directory concepts (users, groups, permissions, OUs).
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy concepts.
• Exposure to PowerShell scripting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and hybrid identity is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in enterprise IT.

Responsibilities
