Job summary

The successful candidate will support AP/AR, GL entries, and monthly reporting while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance. On-site hours are Monday to Friday, with standard office timing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in accounting or related field.
• ABM track is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and assist in processing financial transactions.
• Prepare, process, and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and bank reconciliations.
• Support general ledger updates and journal entries.
• Help prepare documentation for tax filings and audits.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and reports.
• Provide basic administrative accounting support as needed.
