Job summary

Rotaflex Construction and Development Corporation in Quezon City is seeking a fresh graduate for a full-time on-site accounting role. The position involves recording financial transactions, processing invoices, payroll computation, and assisting in financial reporting to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related accounting field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Collect and receive payables and supporting documents, including project billings from subcontractors, completion or building evaluation documents from the Operations Department, utility bills, office rentals, insurance, taxes, and other related documents.
• Perform timekeeping and payroll computation of employees.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Work closely with the Accounting Officer in processing project billings to ensure completeness and accuracy of required documents.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Officer to ensure payments released are accurate and aligned with Operations’ evaluation and assessment of subcontractor billings.
• Ensure all transactions and reports are accurate and properly reviewed to avoid errors, delays, and penalties.
• Organize and maintain financial and company records (e.g., 201 files).
• Assist during audits, month-end closing, and compliance activities.
• Perform general administrative and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
