Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Collect and receive payables and supporting documents, including project billings from subcontractors and related documents
• Perform timekeeping and payroll computation of employees
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations
• Coordinate with Accounting Officer to ensure payments are accurate
• Organize and maintain financial and company records
• Assist during audits, month-end closing, and compliance activities
• Perform general administrative tasks assigned by management
