Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Monitor and reconcile financial records and transactions.
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and schedules.
• Maintain organized and updated accounting files and documents.
• Assist in bank and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related concerns.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
