Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; accounting internship or experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AR, AP, and GL functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Good organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Willing to undergo six months of training in Bogo City, Cebu.
• Willing to be assigned to Mandaue or Opao, Cebu City.

Aufgaben

• Record, check, and monitor daily financial transactions.
• Process and maintain AR, AP, and GL records.
• Prepare and verify accounting documents, invoices, receipts.
• Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies.
• Encode and maintain financial data using Excel and other systems.
• Prepare accounting reports and related financial documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments on accounting documents.
• Ensure accounting records are organized and maintained.
• Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up on documents.
• Follow established accounting procedures and internal controls.
