Qualifications

• BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to handle numerical data accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day general accounting and administrative tasks
• Record and monitor company expenses and disbursements
• Process and release approved employee budget requests
• Review official receipts and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Update and maintain books of accounts and disbursement records
• Prepare and send billing invoices to clients
• Monitor and assist in the collection and recording of client payments
• Assist in the preparation and processing of tax payments and employee compensation
• Prepare and process employee payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain organized and updated accounting and financial records
