• Willing to be trained and willing to learn.
• No work experience required (Fresh graduates welcome).
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office - Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales Journal Book and Cash Release Books.
• Prepare Monthly Sales List and Summary List of Withholding Tax.
• Prepare Purchase Book and Cash Disbursement Book.
• Prepare Monthly List of Purchases and Expanded Withholding Tax.
• Prepare Quarterly Alpha list.
• Prepare Payroll Schedule and Payroll Summary for Withholding Tax on Compensation.
• Prepare Benefits Guide.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual BIR Forms.
• Encode Summary List of Sales and Purchases in BIR system.
• Prepare Summary List of Withholding Taxes.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation, Lapsing Schedule and Amortization Schedule.
• Prepare Journal Entries and Journal Books.
• Prepare General Ledger and Trial Balance.
• Prepare draft Financial Statements.
• Any tasks assigned by Team Leaders
