Digital Bakery Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Junior Accounting Associate to join our finance team in the Philippines. The role supports day-to-day bookkeeping, processes financial transactions, and assists with VAT and tax reporting while maintaining orderly records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Basic knowledge of Belgian accounting principles and VAT regulations is an advantage
• Experience with Exact Online, Clearfacts, or similar systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate recording of invoices and transactions
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts and perform regular balance reconciliations
• Assist in preparing VAT returns, tax reports, and other regulatory filings
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Belgian accounting standards and client requirements
