Job summary

TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking an entry-level Accountant Assistant to support daily accounting activities in the Manila area. You will record and process transactions, prepare invoices, and assist with AP/treasury tasks to ensure accurate financial records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record and process daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, vouchers, and POs.
• Assist AP or treasury tasks such as liquidation.
• Monitor customer accounts, payments, and balances.
• Prepare payment requests and other accounting documents.
• Data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and supporting documents.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
