UltraManpower is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to develop hands-on experience in bookkeeping, Philippine taxation, and accounting services. Whether you are a fresh graduate or early-career professional, you will work on real client accounts and gain exposure to BIR compliance.

Key responsibilities include preparing BIR filings, maintaining records, payroll support, and coordinating with clients. Onsite position with hands-on training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn.
• Experience with BIR filings is an advantage.
• CTT or Bookkeeping NC III certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing BIR tax returns and compliance documents.
• Perform bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related financial reports.
• Support client tax compliance, government registrations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients regarding accounting requirements, submissions, and follow-ups.
• Work with senior accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
