Job summary

Bueno Builders & Management Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented accountant to support daily accounting tasks and month-end closing in the Philippines.

You will review supplier invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate records in our accounting system. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or food business, and strong knowledge of Philippine taxation/BIR regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in a construction and/or food business.
• Experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Knowledge of any Accounting System.
• Keen to details and can work with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Knowledge in basic Philippine Taxation/BIR Tax Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks/operations.
• Review and process supplier invoices, billing statements and payment requests.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Record and maintain accurate and timely accounting transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist in month-end closing.
• Maintain accurate and organized records.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
