Halia and Blue Al is seeking a Junior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting, while ensuring internal controls and policy compliance.

The role involves reviewing supporting documents, consolidating reports, handling inter-company transactions, and assisting month-end closing, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, inventory, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Acumatica, SAP, QuickBooks) is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Process and monitor payables and receivables.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Review and consolidate Receiving Reports, Delivery Receipts, and Sales Invoices.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
• Handle inter-company transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Contribute to improving accounting systems and processes.
• Ensure integrity of financial information and timely analysis.
