Job summary

CollegeSearch in the Philippines invites applications for an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate financial records. You will record and post transactions, prepare vouchers and ledgers, verify invoices, maintain vendor payments, monitor receivables, perform reconciliations, and assist in month-end and year-end closings.

Responsibilities

• Record and post day-to-day accounting transactions in books.
• Prepare and maintain accounting vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Verify invoices, bills, and expense claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare vendor payment lists and maintain accounts payable records.
• Monitor customer receivables, reconcile receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and accounting records.
• Perform other finance and accounting-related tasks assigned by management.
