Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Record and organize financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate and updated accounting records.
• Check and verify financial documents and transactions.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries.
• Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and collections.
• Report discrepancies or missing documents to the supervisor.
• Assist the Accounting team with day-to-day tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting documents.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
