Job summary

A prominent accounting service provider is searching for a 2 Accounting Assistants/Junior Accountants, preferably female, to join their on-site team in Manila. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related fields and have at least 1 year of accounting experience, although fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply. Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Responsibilities include preparing financial records, assisting in inventory checks, and supporting the Accounting Officer with daily financial tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 accounting work experience preferred but fresh grads welcome.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of replenishments of revolving fund.
• Preparation and printing of Order of Payments.
• Witnessing the monthly Inventory with the Stock Clerk.
• Assist the Accounting Officer/Supervisor in daily deposits.
• Checking correctness of Cash Vouchers.
• Assist in daily sales report when needed.
