Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of accounting/finance experience preferred.

• Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate and updated accounting records.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up collections as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and other financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assist in payroll preparation and verification activities.
• Monitor company expenses and compare actual spending against approved budgets.
• Gather, organize, and provide supporting documents for audits.
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting Department as required.
