Responsibilities

• Record accounting transactions such as invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries based on approved documentation.
• Assist in preparing the financial statements.
• Assist in maintaining general ledger schedules and supporting worksheets.
• Perform basic bank, cash, and account reconciliations following established templates and instructions.
• Maintain accurate filing of accounting records and supporting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of schedules/forms required for tax filings, audits, or regulatory reports.
• Provide administrative assistance to the finance team, including data encoding and report preparation.
• Perform other related clerical or support tasks as assigned.

About the role
