Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive information from other departments and prepare financial analyses and reports for the head.
• Submit purchases and expense reports for VAT and Income Tax reporting.
• Prepare VAT projections and actual VAT, and year-to-date income tax reports.
• Ensure tax monitoring compliance and on-time tax payments to avoid penalties.
• Coordinate with Accounting Operations Supervisor on tax report findings.
• Prepare 4DX reports in collaboration with the Billing and Collection Supervisor.
• Monitor and prepare Invoice Monitoring reports for audit and internal purposes.
• Prepare financial statements such as Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Budget System.
• Receive budget reports from managers and prepare Budget Report Analysis.

Responsible for receiving information from other department and providing financial analyses and reports to be submitted to the immediate head for operational performance review and strategizing business direction in terms of investments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Checks and submits purchases reports, expense reports for VAT, and Income Tax report.
• Prepares reports such as projected and actual Vat and year to date Income Tax.
• Responsible for preparing compliance tax monitoring as well as observing if taxes are paid on time to prevent penalties.
• Coordinates to Accounting Operations Supervisor regarding Tax Reports Findings.
• Responsible for preparing 4DX report by coordinating with the Billing and Collection Supervisor.
• Monitors and prepares Invoice Monitoring report for audit and internal purposes.

Qualifications
