Job summary

Archlabs in Manila is seeking a skilled 3D & Graphic Designer to join our Creative Design team. You will create high-quality 3D visuals, POSM and production-ready artwork for retail displays, while coordinating with creative, traffic and production teams to meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in graphic design or 3D visualization, a strong portfolio in retail/POSM, and proficiency in relevant software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in graphic design or 3D visualization.
• Strong portfolio with 3D visualization and POSM work.
• Experience with print production and artwork prep.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• FMCG/retail experience is advantageous.

We are looking for an experienced 3D & Graphic Designer to join our creative production team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design and 3D visualization skills, with experience creating retail, POSM and production-ready artwork.

You will work closely with creative, project, traffic and production teams to deliver high-quality visual assets within fast-paced timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D visuals, POSM, retail displays and graphic artwork

• Strong understanding of print production and artwork preparation
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond effectively to feedback and revisions
• FMCG, retail, shopper marketing or agency experience is an advantage
