Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Laguna is seeking a Jr. QA Production to support product testing and inspection in our onsite facility. The role focuses on ensuring quality and compliance with specifications throughout production.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of QA experience in a production environment, with working knowledge of QA tools and concepts and the ability to work in the Laguna area.

• At least 1 year experience Quality Assurance.
• Experience working in production company.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.
• Can work in Laguna area.

Responsibilities

• Plan, carry out, and supervise product testing and inspection to ensure quality and adherence to deliverables and specifications.
• Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs.
• Examine complaints of poor product quality and make sure they are resolved in compliance with business policies and legal requirements.
• Create or revise protocols for receiving, looking into, and recording product complaints.
• Keep track of problem records, keep an eye on risk-management protocols, and communicate concerns to managers and product developers.
