Pinoy SEO is seeking a Jr. Pod Lead: SEO Strategist - AI Search to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will lead onboarding, discovery and strategy for clients, build roadmaps for SEO/AEO execution, and manage several client accounts with delivery workflows.

You will monitor AI visibility, citations, rankings and competitive positioning, review deliverables, and lead client updates and strategic communication while stepping in hands-on when needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in SEO/AEO/AI Search Strategy.
• Strong understanding of AI Search and how AI assistants discover and cite sources.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, authority, content, schema and metadata.
• Familiarity with AI visibility metrics such as citation frequency and share of answer.
• Understanding of structured data, indexability, rendering and AI crawler access.
• Proactive, analytical and highly self-directed.
• Comfortable owning client outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
