Job summary

Pinoy SEO is seeking an experienced SEO/GEO/AEO Growth Specialist to own organic visibility across Google, AI search platforms, and AI Overviews.

This independent, results-driven role requires owning strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for assigned accounts with minimal hand-holding.

You will develop and execute SEO strategies, perform audits, track performance with analytics tools, and communicate results to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with GEO/AEO and AI-search optimization.
• Proficiency with GA/GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs.
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Optimize websites and content for Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and AI Overviews.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and SERP research.
• Develop SEO-driven content and optimize existing pages.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, speed, mobile performance, and schema.
• Build quality link-building strategies.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
• Monitor SEO and AI-search trends and adjust strategies proactively.
• Communicate recommendations and results clearly to clients and leadership.
