Job summary

Chevron Holdings Incorporated seeks a seasoned finance professional to oversee joint venture financial analysis in the Philippines. You will review JV statements, validate metrics, and ensure compliance with shareholder agreements and governance standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in corporate finance, ERP experience (SAP) and strong data analytics with Power BI; you will work with CPI leadership and JV partners from Makati base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years in JV analysis, corporate finance, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Power BI for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Review JV financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and JV agreements.
• Validate key financial metrics and identify inconsistencies or risks; escalate accordingly.
• Monitor JV activities against shareholder agreements and governance frameworks.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for JV; provide insights on profitability and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors on JV-related matters and resolve findings.
• Support preparation for board and JV committee meetings with financial inputs.
