Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology and related courses.
• Demonstrated experience and background in Finance, Accounting, and/or Audit work.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative and proactive in learning digital tools and technologies.
• Experience with digital tools and technology systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provides core finance and accounting services including month end close process and reconciliation activities.
• Delivers accurate and timely financials and executes control performance.
• Collaborates with different teams internally within Finance and across multi-functional teams to deliver value to the company.
• Enables process improvement opportunities and projects by understanding end-to-end processes and sharing insights.
• Supports organizational capability by sharing knowledge and expertise.
