Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee production systems during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations and prompt incident response.
• Execute End-of-Day (EOD) and Beginning-of-Day (BOD) job processes with timely accuracy.
• Lead and coordinate DC and DR failover activities to ensure availability of critical systems.
• Perform system patching to keep environments up-to-date with security and functionality updates.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve production issues efficiently.
• Prepare and share weekly status reports detailing performance, incidents and improvements.
• Administer Linux-based systems ensuring performance, security and availability.
• Proficient in Kafka, WebSphere, job schedulers and Openshift for operations.
• Knowledge of Db2 SQL queries and regulatory compliance (SEBI/RBI).

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Linux systems.
• Expertise in technologies such as Kafka, Websphere, and Db2 database queries.
• Proficient knowledge of job schedulers like SOS Berlin – JS7
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
