Qualifications

About the role

We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Application Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support scalable business applications. The role is primarily focused on JavaScript/TypeScript application development, with strong experience in modern frontend and backend technologies. You will work across application development, REST APIs, integrations, cloud services, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications using JavaScript and TypeScript
• Develop modern web applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js or other JavaScript-based technologies
• Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party/business system integrations
• Translate business and technical requirements into reliable application solutions
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-tested application components
• Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, API, and database layers
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement appropriate fixes and enhancements
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or similar to support application deployment and integration

About you

• 5+ years of professional software/application development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong experience developing modern web applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js or equivalent JavaScript-based technologies
• Solid experience developing and integrating REST APIs
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Experience with Git and software development lifecycle practices
• Experience with CI/CD and application deployment
• Experience working with Azure, AWS, GCP, or another cloud platform
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
