Qualifications

• Experience in software development or a related IT role.
• Experience with Java development.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with ServiceNow development is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• ITIL certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and document applications and software solutions.
• Develop and implement Java-based applications with stakeholders and teams.
• Support ServiceNow development and implementation based on business requirements.
• Follow SDLC processes and development standards.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
