Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong Java EE expertise to join our engineering team in the Philippines. The role combines back-end Java and modern front-end work with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js to deliver robust web services.

You'll design, develop, test, deploy, and document applications, write clean code, review peers, and translate business requirements into technical specs while mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Full Stack Developer on any Java platform (Java Enterprise Edition).
• Hands-on with at least one frontend framework: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Design, develop, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code that follows established coding standards.
• Review code and give constructive feedback that raises team quality.
• Turn business requirements into detailed technical specs and application designs.
• Troubleshoot issues, run root cause analysis, and implement enhancements.
• Validate that solutions align with approved architecture and business needs.
• Mentor junior developers through technical guidance and best-practice sharing.
• Keep leveling up through training and professional development.
• Work with the team to identify and implement development best practices.
• Be the technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders, giving project updates and status reports
