Job summary

Questronix Corporation is seeking a backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot applications in an enterprise setting.

You will build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices, integrate with databases, deploy services, and participate in agile ceremonies.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a solid foundation in security and modern dev-ops practices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and software development best practices.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication/authorization, API security, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with messaging platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or API gateways is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications and enterprise services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Support application deployment, production troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, deployment documentation, and other required SDLC artifacts.
