Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant qualifications.
• We are hiring all levels of experiences of Java-based web/app development with full-stack exposure.
• Proficient in Java development with excellent knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles behind scalable cloud-based apps.
• Experience with relational DBs, SQL, microservices, ORM (JPA/Hibernate) and design patterns.
• Knowledge of Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-code is preferred.
• Hands-on cloud infra experience (AWS/Azure) and server maintenance is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Jahia, IBM MFP is advantageous.
• Certifications like Azure/AWS dev tools are highly considered.
• English communication and teamwork are required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Senior/Lead roles considered for strong candidates.

Responsibilities

• Join project teams to drive web/mobile apps from requirements to post-launch maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-country agile teams to design, develop, and release solutions.
• Support PM/Scrum Master in managing stakeholder expectations and delivery.
• Be proactive in identifying and solving issues.
• Pursue continuous learning to stay ahead in a dynamic environment.
