Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N4 or higher) and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in multilingual/global development environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and build tools like Webpack or Vite.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise web interfaces using React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Translate Japanese requirements and documentation into frontend implementations.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code focusing on performance and accessibility.
• Participate in code reviews, UI testing, and sprint planning.
• Keep up-to-date with UI frameworks and frontend tooling.
