Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate documents between Japanese and English.
• Act as company Japanese interpreter in meetings (Japanese/English).
• Take dictations, transcribe, type and proofread documents.
• Translate minutes, emails, reports between English, Filipino and Japanese.
• Provide other Japanese-English/Filipino language support.
• Support expatriates and facilitate communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Any 4 years College graduate or Engineering graduate is an
  advantage
• 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Speaking in Japanese language is an advantage. This is to
  communicate with Japanese members and to accurately
  interpret and translate GA related documents.
• Knowledgeable on Company-vehicle related activity

• 1. Responsible for language translation and interpretation (Japanese andEnglish) and translate documents from
  Japanese to vice versa
  2. Acts as company Japanese interpreter in the organization during internal or external meetings (Japanese,
  English)
  3. Takes down dictations, transcribes, types and proof reads correspondences, memorandum and other documents.
  4. Translate minutes of the meeting, e-mails, reports and other documents from/to English, Filipino and Japanese
  5. Provide other types of Japanese-English/Filipino language support
  6. Support all the expatriates needs and act as mediator to communicate well in the organization
  7. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
