Job summary

Emd Group is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, primarily for Japan with APAC support. The role bridges recruitment and onboarding with HR services, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from role identification to integration.

You will work with Recruiters, HR Partners, and Centers of Excellence, delivering compliant, timely services aligned to KPIs, across multiple time zones in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Japan HR operations and familiarity with Japanese employment practices preferred.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end sourcing strategies across regional markets.
• Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and assess top talent across Japan with APAC support as needed.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities with KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide admin support for interviews, offers, system onboarding, and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems and ensure compliance with privacy rules.
• Collaborate with regional HR to ensure smooth onboarding delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
