• POSITION: Utility and Janitorial Staff

• WORK SETUP: On-Site Office/Facility Maintenance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and window cleaning of facilities

• Sanitize restrooms, clean work desks, conference rooms, and common office areas

• Monitor and restock pantry, restroom, and cleaning supplies inventory

• Assist in basic office rearrangement and utility handling tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate or Elementary Graduate

• Hardworking, honest, physically fit, and attentive to facility cleanliness

• Previous commercial or office janitorial experience is an advantage

• Willing to follow health and sanitation safety rules
