Job summary

KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. seeks an experienced Procurement Consultant with strong hands-on Ivalua experience to support procurement transformations and end-to-end implementations.

You will work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ivalua across end-to-end procurement implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
• Experience documenting business requirements and analyzing processes.
• Experience configuring or customizing procurement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support end-to-end Ivalua implementations from requirements through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Document and analyze procurement requirements with stakeholders to translate into system solutions.
• Configure Ivalua modules to meet business requirements.
• Support procurement processes across Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, and Contracts.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful design and delivery.
• Participate in testing, test planning, and defect resolution.
• Assist with user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot procurement-system issues.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in Ivalua and a solid understanding of end‑to‑end procurement and sourcing processes. The successful candidate will support and deliver procurement transformation projects, working closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and/or support end‑to‑end Ivalua implementations, from requirements gathering through deployment and post‑go‑live support.




• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze procurement requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.




• Configure and customize relevant Ivalua procurement modules and functionalities based on business requirements.




• Support procurement processes across areas such as Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, and Contracts.




• Analyze existing procurement processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and optimization.




• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful solution design, configuration, integration, and project delivery.




• Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, defect identification, and resolution.




• Support the preparation and delivery of user training and knowledge‑transfer sessions.




• Provide support during deployment and post‑go‑live activities, ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner.




• Provide ongoing application and functional support and assist with troubleshooting procurement‑related system issues.

About you

• Hands‑on experience in Ivalua with exposure to end‑to‑end implementation projects.




• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.




• Experience in implementing or supporting procurement solutions across areas such as Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, and Contracts.




• Experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.




• Experience in solution configuration and customization based on business requirements.




• Experience working with cross‑functional technical and functional teams.
