KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. is seeking an Oracle Technical Developer / Integration Consultant to support procurement technology initiatives and enterprise applications in the Philippines.

The role emphasizes SQL development, integration design, and Oracle RICEW objects, with a path to specialize in Ivalua. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Oracle development or integration, strong SQL and scripting skills, and familiarity with P2P processes. ERP experience (Oracle EBS/Fusion/Cloud) is a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of Oracle technical development or integration experience.
Strong SQL skills with medium to complex queries.
Experience with scripting languages (Shell/Python/Perl/Groovy).
Understanding of APIs, ETL processes, and data flows.
Experience developing or supporting Oracle RICEW objects.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of P2P processes.
Experience in ERP platforms like Oracle EBS/Fusion/Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and DB objects.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and support data issues across multiple systems.
Design and support integrations between enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
Document end-to-end data flows, mappings, and integration requirements.
Develop and support ETL processes, data migration, and data conversion activities.
Create and maintain Oracle RICEW objects.
Participate in implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with business users and procurement teams to understand P2P requirements.
Provide technical support and root cause analysis during project and production phases.
Learn and support the Ivalua Procurement platform and related Source-to-Pay processes.

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle Technical Developer / Integration Consultant with strong SQL and integration experience to support procurement technology initiatives and enterprise application implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with SQL development, scripting, ETL/integration concepts, and Oracle RICEW objects, along with a basic understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This role offers an opportunity to learn and specialize in Ivalua, a leading Procurement and Source-to-Pay platform.

Key responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize medium to complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and support application data issues across multiple systems.
Design and support integrations between enterprise applications, databases, and third‑party systems.
Understand and document end‑to‑end data flows, mappings, and integration requirements.
Develop and support ETL processes, data migration, and data conversion activities.
Create and maintain Oracle RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows).
Participate in system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
Collaborate with business users and functional teams to understand procurement and P2P business requirements.
Provide technical support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution during project and production phases.
Learn and support the Ivalua Procurement platform and related Source‑to‑Pay processes.

About you

3+ years of experience in Oracle technical development, application development, or integration projects.
Strong SQL skills with experience writing medium to complex queries.
Experience with scripting technologies such as Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, Groovy, or similar.
Understanding of integration concepts, APIs, ETL processes, and system‑to‑system data flows.
Experience developing or supporting Oracle RICEW objects.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Procurement business processes.
Experience participating in implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, or similar ERP platforms (preferred).
