Job summary

Sun Life is seeking an ITAM Delivery Manager for the APAC region to oversee end-to-end IT asset management services, ensuring governance, controls and continuous improvement. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with Legal, HR, Finance, Security and Procurement, and report on service performance and risk.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or Service Delivery experience.
Strong understanding of ITAM frameworks (ITIL, SAM/HAM best practices).
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing service providers.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end ITAM service delivery to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Manage full lifecycle of IT assets and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Ensure asset activities like procurement, deployment, reconciliation, and disposal are timely.
Drive audit remediation, governance, and compliance across asset classes.
Lead process improvements and adoption across delivery teams.
Provide governance and vendor management with senior stakeholders.
